Demolish existing small single garage to create double garage with office / art studio over  accessible within site boundary.

Replace all existing d/g uPVC doors and windows with d/g aluminium framed units. 

 

Refurbishment of the existing dated non-matching granosite render finish to the 1960's main house & the 1990's extension - retaining the existing granite features

Installation of new storm water soakaway system to complete the separation of an existing combined drainage system.

Demolish existing stone effect grp columns & bitumen flat roof portico with 1 piece pink granite columns and lead finish barrel roof.

St. Clements Farm - Pending Development

 

Convert an existing redundant Grade 3 Listed outbuilding within a Site of Special Interest.

Ceate a 1-bedroom bijou cottage, retaining the original walls and openings.

Raise the existing roof profile and replace the pantile roof tiles with natural blue / black slate to compliment the surround farm buildings

 

Implement mitigating measures to ensure that disruption to the existing ecological environment is minimised and not detrimental to the resident habitant.  Install Bat & Bird boxes, as well as, ensuring that the bats can still have a habitable area accessible behind the new fascia boards.

Maximising on natural light and solar gain with 2 no. electrically operated velux rain sensor rooflights as well as additional solar panels.

Create 2 No. padel courts within a residential area on a constrainted site

Recommend demolish existing poorly constructed single-story extension to the East of the main 1736 cottage.  Propose add another floor to the main cottage and replace existing single storey cottage with 1 1/2 storey extension.  Planning Application submitted and Planning Permit obtained by others.

Prepared Building Control drawings and associated documentation and obtained the Building Control Permit.  Provided consultation services during construction stage
